The customer service was 10/10 and the entire process was SO simple. We had a 6 hour gap from check out time until our flight so being able to enjoy the last of trip and not have to worry about hauling luggage around was a game changer! We will definitely use Luggage Layover again and will recommend it to all of our friends and family!
